Fluffy Banana Pancakes

Procedure:

  1. In a bowl, mash bananas until smooth.
  2. Add egg, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. Stir in flour and baking powder to form a batter.
  4. Heat butter in a non-stick pan and pour small scoops of batter.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on top, then flip and cook the other side until golden.
