Classic Spaghetti Bolognese

A timeless Italian favorite, spaghetti bolognese is a hearty meal loaded with rich tomato sauce and tender ground beef. It’s perfect for family dinners!

Ingredients:
- 300g spaghetti
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 250g ground beef
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp oregano
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Grated parmesan (for topping)
Procedure:
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, oregano, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for 15–20 minutes.
- Toss cooked spaghetti into the sauce or serve sauce on top.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and enjoy!
